수집 항목 / Data We Collect
- 이메일 주소 (계정 식별), 이메일 인증 코드 (10분 후 만료, 가입 완료 시 삭제)
- 비밀번호 (BCrypt 해시로만 저장)
- 설문 프로필: 직업, 학생 여부, 최근 수강 이력, 거주 형태, 관심 주제 (시험 세트 생성 시 입력)
- 학습 데이터: 시험 세트·스크립트·복습 기록·학습 설정·목표
- 모의고사 음성 녹음 (마이크로 녹음한 답변)
- AI 콘텐츠 신고 내역 (신고 대상과 사유)
We collect your email address (for account identification; the sign-up verification code expires after 10 minutes and is deleted on sign-up), your password (stored only as a BCrypt hash, never in plain text), your survey profile (occupation, student status, recent course history, living situation, and topics of interest, entered when creating an exam set), your learning data (exam sets, scripts, review history, study settings, and goals), your mock exam voice recordings (answers recorded with the microphone), and your AI-content reports (the reported item and reason).

계정 인증과 이메일 확인, AI 스크립트 생성·첨삭(설문 프로필·스크립트 활용), 모의고사 음성 평가와 레벨 판정(음성 녹음 활용), 학습 기능 제공에 사용합니다.
Your data is used to authenticate your account and verify your email, to generate and revise AI scripts (using your survey profile and scripts), to evaluate mock exam answers and estimate your level (using your voice recordings), and to provide the learning features.
처리 위탁 및 국외 이전 / Processors & International Transfer
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (미국 / USA) — AI 스크립트 생성·첨삭 시 설문 프로필과 스크립트 텍스트를, 모의고사 평가 시 음성 녹음을 전송합니다. OpenAI API로 전송된 데이터는 OpenAI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않으며, OpenAI의 오남용 감시 목적으로 최대 30일 보관 후 파기됩니다.
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (일본 도쿄 리전 / Japan) — 서버· 데이터베이스 호스팅과 인증 메일 발송(Amazon SES)에 이용합니다.
서비스 이용 시점에 암호화된 네트워크(HTTPS)를 통해 전송됩니다. 그 외의 제3자 제공은 없습니다.
When you use the AI features, your survey profile and script text (for script generation and revision) and your voice recordings (for mock exam evaluation) are sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA). Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models and is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. Our servers, database, and verification email delivery (Amazon SES) run on Amazon Web Services (Tokyo region, Japan). All transfers occur over encrypted connections (HTTPS) at the time of use. We do not share your data with any other third party.
보관 및 삭제 / Retention & Deletion
모의고사 음성 녹음은 평가가 끝나면 서버에서 삭제됩니다(평가 실패로 재평가 대기 중인 녹음은 재평가 또는 계정 삭제 시까지만 보관). 그 외 데이터는 계정 활성 기간 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제 시 모든 개인정보와 학습 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. 야간 데이터베이스 백업본은 최대 7일 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 앱 내 설정 > 계정 삭제, 또는 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
Mock exam voice recordings are deleted from the server once evaluation completes (recordings awaiting re-evaluation after a failed attempt are kept only until re-evaluation or account deletion). All other data is retained only while your account is active and is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion. Nightly database backups are automatically deleted after at most 7 days. See the account deletion guide for details, or delete your account directly in the app under Settings > Delete Account.
