계정 삭제 / Account Deletion
앱에서 삭제 (즉시 / Immediate)
설정 > 계정 삭제 > 확인 — 계정과 모든 데이터(이메일, 비밀번호 해시, 설문 프로필, 시험 세트·스크립트·복습 기록, 모의고사 기록·음성 녹음, 학습 설정·목표)가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. 같은 이메일로 다시 가입할 수 있습니다.
In the app: go to Settings > Delete Account > Confirm. Your account and all data (email address, password hash, survey profile, exam sets, scripts, review history, mock exam records and voice recordings, study settings and goals) will be permanently deleted immediately. You can sign up again with the same email address afterwards.
웹으로 요청 / Request by Email
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 가입 이메일로 kang@nconnect.co에 삭제를 요청하면 7일 이내 처리합니다. 삭제 범위는 위와 동일합니다.
If you can't access the app, email kang@nconnect.co from your registered address to request deletion; we will process it within 7 days. The same data listed above is deleted.
백업 / Backups
야간 데이터베이스 백업본은 최대 7일 보관 후 자동 삭제되며, 삭제된 계정 데이터는 백업 순환이 끝나는 시점에 완전히 사라집니다.
Nightly database backups are automatically deleted after at most 7 days; deleted account data disappears completely once the backup rotation lapses.
